Room prices are for the specified number of persons per day, including breakfast buffet. Exclusive of resort tax.

Apartment prices are for the specified number of persons per day, exclusive of resort tax and end-of-stay cleaning fee. End-of-stay cleaning amounts € 60.00 to € 90.00 per apartment and stay.

As a deposit we charge € 150,00 - € 200,00 per apartment. After departure and check of the apartments, the deposit will be returned to your account.

On request, guests staying at Apart Hotel Garni Alt Kaisers can also book a breakfast buffet for € 19.00 per person and day.

The resort tax of  € 4.00  per person and day is charged separately.
Children and young adults under 15 years do not pay the resort tax.

Check-in from 4.00 pm, a later arrival as 20.00 clock we ask to announce.

Please note that all ALPENLIVING guests must check-in and check-out at Apart Hotel Garni Alt Kaisers.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

Unless otherwise stated on this page, the following

 General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry 2006 apply to all legal questions.

Our cancellation policy at a glance:

• up to 91 days before arrival € 50 - handling fee
• 90 to 31 days before arrival 40% of the total price
• 30 to 8 days before arrival 70% of the total price
• 7 days to 24 h before arrival 90% of the total price
• 24 h before arrival or no arrival 100% of the total price

Important:

• The 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to section 18 subsection 1 sentence 10 FAGG shall not apply.

• For booking and subsequent, free cancellation, we require a one-time processing fee of € 50.00. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be returned to your bank account by bank transfer, € 50.00 of the deposit amount will be retained. We ask for your understanding.

• Our cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled apartments/ rooms can be rented again completely or only partially.

• We strongly advise all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance!
