Scope of application
This data privacy statement informs users about the type, extent and purpose of data collection and use of personal data by the responsible accommodation provider [Fam. Access data / server log files
The accommodation provider (or his web space provider) collects user data during each access (so-called server log files). Access data is: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, volume of data, message on successful data retrieval, type of browser and version, user's operating system, referrer URL (previous page visited), IP address and enquiring provider. The accommodation provider uses protocol data only for statistical purposes in order to optimize website operation, security and offers. He reserves the right to check detailed protocol data afterwards in case there is a strong suspicion of illegal use or misuse.

Handling of personal data
Personal data contain information details which refer to a certain user, therefore a user can be tracked according to his data. Tracked data contains: name, e-mail address or telephone number; as well as data informing about preferences, hobbies, memberships or websites visited by a certain person. Integration of services and content from third parties
It might occur that content provided by third parties - for example YouTube, Google Maps, RSS Feeds or graphics from other websites - is integrated in our online pages. It is presupposed that these third-party content providers see the user's IP address. Without knowing the IP address they can't send any kind of content to the respective browser of a single user. Therefore the IP address is absolutely required for displaying such types of content. We try to integrate content for which the third-party content provider only uses the IP address for data delivery. Unfortunately it is beyond our control if a third-party content provider saves the IP address for statistical reasons. If possible, we will inform the user in advance.
