Scope of application
This data privacy statement informs users about the type, extent and purpose of data collection and use of personal data by the responsible accommodation provider [Fam. Frischmann, Höfleweg 1, 6450 Sölden, T: +43 5254 32 70, M: firstname.lastname@example.org] on this website. All legal guidelines, terms and conditions concerning Austrian data privacy are defined through the following data protection laws: Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and Telemediengesetz (TMG).
Access data / server log files
The accommodation provider (or his web space provider) collects user data during each access (so-called server log files). Access data is: name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, volume of data, message on successful data retrieval, type of browser and version, user's operating system, referrer URL (previous page visited), IP address and enquiring provider. The accommodation provider uses protocol data only for statistical purposes in order to optimize website operation, security and offers. He reserves the right to check detailed protocol data afterwards in case there is a strong suspicion of illegal use or misuse.
Handling of personal data
Personal data contain information details which refer to a certain user, therefore a user can be tracked according to his data. Tracked data contains: name, e-mail address or telephone number; as well as data informing about preferences, hobbies, memberships or websites visited by a certain person. Personal data are collected, used or shared by the accommodation provider only if legally defined or if the user explicitly accepts data collection.
By contacting the accommodation provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) all user data is stored for the purpose of current or future replies to enquiries.
Integration of services and content from third parties
It might occur that content provided by third parties - for example YouTube, Google Maps, RSS Feeds or graphics from other websites - is integrated in our online pages. It is presupposed that these third-party content providers see the user's IP address. Without knowing the IP address they can't send any kind of content to the respective browser of a single user. Therefore the IP address is absolutely required for displaying such types of content. We try to integrate content for which the third-party content provider only uses the IP address for data delivery. Unfortunately it is beyond our control if a third-party content provider saves the IP address for statistical reasons. If possible, we will inform the user in advance.
Use of Facebook social plugins
This website is using social plugins ("Plugins") of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland ("Facebook"). These plug-ins are recognizable on the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue background or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked by the words "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and the look of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed at the following website: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins. When a user visits a page of the website that contains such a social plugin, the browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is directly transmitted from Facebook to your browser and thus integrated to the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data, which is brought by Facebook using this plugin and therefore we going to inform you about our knowledge: Through the integration of the plugin, Facebook receives the information that the user has accessed the corresponding website. If the user is logged into Facebook, Facebook is able to assign this visit to the respective Facebook account. By interacting with the plugins, for example, pressing the Like Button or comment on something, the corresponding information is transmitted from the user's browser directly to Facebook and stored there. If the user isn't a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook gets the IP address and stores it. According to Facebook reports, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany. To find out the purpose and the scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, and regarding this the user's rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please read the privacy policies of Facebook under the following link: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If you are a Facebook member and do not wish that Facebook collects via this website information about you and links them to your stored Facebook member data, you must log out of Facebook already before you visit this website. In addition to that, it is also possible to block Facebook social plugins by using add-ons for your browser. More options on data usage for advertising purposes are available in the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings.
Withdrawal, alterations, corrections and updates
The user has the right to receive, upon written request, information about his personal data stored. Additionally, users may request disclosure at any time regarding data stored about them and request that incorrect data is corrected or data deleted. Valid for all data which is not subject to legal data retention obligation.
